Refund policy
1) How can I pay?
We use 2checkout.com as 3rd party payment processor. PayPal accept credit cards and PayPal.
2) I am not happy with my purchase, what about a refund?
A request for a refund must be done within 14 days after you have received your products.
To begin you must send back the product to us. The product must be unused = quality like new.
After that we will refund you payment.
Shipping costs are not refunded, only the product prices.

3) Fabrication error
If you product have a fabrication error we will replace it with a new. Before we can send you a new product you must return it to us. All etxra shipping costs will be paid by CharlesPiano.com.

4) Regrett your purchase, the fast way
If you regrett your purcahse before we have shipped it, we will be able to give you a full refund including shipping costs. If we already shipped the goods, please see #2 |
